Camp Albany: Junior Explorers

A week at Camp Albany includes themed activities, group games, STEM projects, outdoor play, cooking, art, and more. There’s really no such thing as a “typical” day, but campers experience a variety of hands-on activities throughout the week, with a focus on fun! When they’re not digging into a game or project, they’ll be outside on the playground running and playing more games.

Camp Albany: Little Explorers

Little Explorers pack all the fun and variety of a full week camp into three days! Each day, our counselors will lead hands-on STEM, cooking, art, outdoor, and physical activities with a focus on fun. When they’re not creating crafts or doing science experiments, campers have the Maple Lawn playground right out the back door to run and play all day.

Build. Cool. Stuff. This camp is all about tool use, creativity, and engineering. Each day we will introduce a new building project that participants will work on throughout the week to bring home. Projects may include assembling a bushcraft knife, a bone awl, wood baton, natural fiber, cordage, hand carved wood spoon and/or bowl, paracord survival bracelets or belts, feathersticks, leather medicine pouches, bamboo walking sticks, gourd drinking bottle, rocket stove and more.
