With low staff to child ratios, regular field trips, and a focus on fun and hands-on learning activities, your kids will have a blast at Camp Albany this summer. There is one main goal at Camp Albany – have fun! But our campers know that the most fun happens when we are physically active, get outside, connect with friends, and learn something along the way.

Junior Explorers
Ages 7-11

9 a.m.-3 p.m. • Mon-Fri
Albany Senior Center
489 Water Avenue NW

Regular care:
$159 (In-city)/$209 per week

A week at Camp Albany includes games, STEM, art, and much more! There’s really no such thing as a “typical” day, but campers will move through a variety of activities throughout each day, with the week's theme, as well as going on a field trip or doing a guest-led enrichment activity.

Due to staffing requirements related to COVID-19, we are unable to offer extended hours for Junior Explorers camps.

Little Explorers
Ages 4-6

(4-year-olds must be entering kindergarten)

9 a.m.-3 p.m. • Mon-Wed
Maple Lawn Preschool
1950 Salem Ave SW

Regular care:
$99 (In-city)/$129 per week

Little Explorers pack all the fun and variety of a full week camp into three days! When they’re not creating crafts or doing STEM activities, campers have a fenced play area right out the back door to run and play all day. Little Explorers will have guest-facilitated enrichment activities this summer; there are no off-site field trips planned.

Extended care:
7:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m., Mon-Wed, $139 (In-city)/$169

Each child needs to bring a lunch each day. Snacks are provided.
